For all customers with an Australian delivery address, FREE standard shipping applies to orders $40 and over.
Orders under $40 will incur a $9.95 charge for standard shipping.

Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ delivery service satchels are usually delivered in 2 or more business days within Australia. This may change at times due to various circumstances.
Final delivery time is dependent on Australia Post and the delivery location.
Please be sure to carefully enter your address at the checkout. The delivery address for an order must be a valid address.
As we aim to ship any orders received by 3pm the same day (Monday thru Friday), a change of address can only be accepted before 3pm that same day.

Headstart uses Australia Post to deliver our products throughout Australia.
Orders are discreetly packed in a Parcel Post Satchel (various sizes are available) with tracking enabled.
If a very large order we will use whatever is the most suitable packaging material and delivery method.
Our aim is to please on every order!
When we have shipped your order you will receive an email advising you that your Headstart Order is now complete.
This will have your order number and Australia Post Tracking ID.
